
BOLOGNESE SPAGHETTI
Our Golden Penny Spaghetti tastes delicious with a lot of sauce, but with Bolognese, the meaty sauce gives a unique taste that blends well with every intake. Tired of your usual Spaghetti recipe, this is the perfect way to sweeten your taste bud
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Golden penny pure vegetable oil
- 1 pack Golden penny spaghetti
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Chopped garlic
- 2 tbsp Chopped onions
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Oregano
- Minced meat
- Tomatoes and pepper mix
- 1 sachet Tomato paste
- 1/2 bowl Pasta water
- 2 Seasoning cubes
- Cheese
Instructions
- Pour water into a pot, add some sait and golden penny pure vegetable oil then bring to a boil
- Add golden penny spaghetti to boiling water, allow to cook for about 6 minutes
- Stir to loosen spaghetti, reserve about 1 cup of pasta water then sieve and set aside
- Add 2 cooking spoons of Golden penny pure vegetable oil into a pot some salt, garlic, onions , black pepper and 1 tablespoon of oregano then stir for about a minute
- Add minced meat and stir. Allow to cook for 5 -7 minutes
- Add tomato and pepper mix, tomato paste, reserved pasta water. Stir and cover to cook for 5 minutes
- Add chopped tomatoes and seasoning cubes then stir
- Add 1 cup of water or chicken stock
- Add cheese
- Pour in already cooked pasta and mix well
- Garnish with some dry basil leaves and serve
