INSTANT FRIED JOLLOF NOODLES
Jollof is as Nigerian as the colour green. It belongs to us. Golden Penny Jollof combines real Naija flavour with instant noodles for a delicious experience. Instant Fried Jollof is better enjoyed with sliced sausage, chicken or turkey.
- 2 Packs Golden Penny Jollof.
- 2 tsp of Golden Penny Soya Oil.
- I teaspoon of Chili Powder.
- 2 Raw Eggs.
- 1 tsp Soy Sauce.
- 1 tsp Oyster Sauce
- 2 tsp Green Pepper
- ¼ Purple/Green Cabbage
- 2 tsp Sweet Corn
- Spring Onions.
- Boil 2 packs of Golden Penny jollof noodles. Set aside. You can either leave it wholesome or crunch it depending on your preference.
- Beat up the eggs.
- 2 tsp. Golden Penny Soya Oil. Fry the eggs until it scrambles. Set aside
- 2 tsp. Golden Penny soya oil; stir-fry the mushrooms, sweet corn and green peas on high heat.
- Add cooked noodles. Continue stir-frying the ingredients.
- 1 tsp. soy sauce, 1 tsp. oyster sauce and 1⁄4 cabbage.
- Golden Penny Noodles seasoning
- Add scrambled eggs and spring onions
- Serve with any protein of your choice. (Turkey is great).
