Golden Penny Egg Stir Fry Noodles

  • 2 Packs Golden Penny Instant Noodles
  • 1 tsp. Chopped pepper
  • 1 cup Mixed Veggies
  • 1 tsp Golden Penny Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Eggs


  • Precook noodles in hot water for 3mins, sieve off the liquid and set aside.
  • Heat up some vegetable oil in a pan.
  • Scramble the raw eggs
  • Move the scrambled eggs to one side of the pan and saut√© some onions
  • Add chopped garlic
  • Add the mixed veggies
  • Season with Golden Penny Instant noodles spices
  • Add the precooked noodles
  • Garnish with Spring onions and stir fry
  • Serve.
