
GOLDEN PENNY PEPPERED GOAT MEAT NOODLES
Ingredients
- 3 GOLDEN PENNY GOAT MEAT NOODLES
- 300 grams GOAT MEAT
- 1 BULB ONION
- 4 SCOTCH BONNET PEPPER TO TASTE
- 2 GARLIC CHIVES
Instructions
- Cut Goat meat to bite size chunks
- Put them in a pot, season with Onions and the Noodle seasoning then prep the other ingredients
- Chop the Garlic Chives, Process Pepper and Onions
- Once Goat meat is tender, add some oil, stir then add the processed pepper
- Cook for about 2 minutes or 3 then garnish with the Chopped chives
- In a separate pot, add Noodles to boiling water and loosen for a minute or 2, Season and stir till cooked
- Serve with the Peppered Goat meat
