GOLDEN PENNY PEPPERED GOAT MEAT NOODLES

Ingredients

  • 3 GOLDEN PENNY GOAT MEAT NOODLES
  • 300 grams GOAT MEAT
  • 1 BULB ONION
  • 4 SCOTCH BONNET PEPPER TO TASTE
  • 2 GARLIC CHIVES

Instructions

  • Cut Goat meat to bite size chunks
  • Put them in a pot, season with Onions and the Noodle seasoning then prep the other ingredients
  • Chop the Garlic Chives, Process Pepper and Onions
  • Once Goat meat is tender, add some oil, stir then add the processed pepper
  • Cook for about 2 minutes or 3 then garnish with the Chopped chives
  • In a separate pot, add Noodles to boiling water and loosen for a minute or 2, Season and stir till cooked
  • Serve with the Peppered Goat meat
