
GOLDEN PENNY MACARONI FIESTA RECIPE

Ingredients
- 500 g beef
- 250 g Golden penny macaroni
- Golden Penny soya oil
- 2 Seasoning cube
- 1 tbsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Ginger powder
- 2 tbsp Yagi
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 2 Ripe plantains
- 2 tbsp salt
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- A handful of chopped pepper
- 3 carrots
- 3 bell peppers
Instructions
- Thinly slice your beef
- Marinate your beef 2tpspn Golden Penny Soya Oil, 1tbspn garlic powder, 1tbspn ginger powder , 1/2 tbspn yaji , 1 salt, 1 seasoning cube.
- In a grill pan , heat up 2 tbspn Golden penny soya oil then add your marinated beef
- Let it cook for 3 minutes on each sides
- Dice up your onions, carrots and bell peppers
- Dice up 2 ripe plantain and fry with Golden Penny Soya oil until it is golden brown.
- In a pot of boiling water add in 1tbspn salt and 1 tbspn Golden Penny soya oil then add in 250gram of Golden penny macaroni
- Allow it to cook for 5 minutes
- In a wok pan, heat up 2 tbspn Golden penny soya oil
- Saute your diced onion, add garlic, 3tbspn tomato paste and allow it to cook for 5 minutes
- Add in your cooked pasta and stir
- Pour in your chopped pepper
- Chop off your cooked beef and add yaji spice
- Pour in beef , plantain , carrot, bell pepper
- Stir all together and allow to cook on low heat for 3 minutes
