Amaizing Day Chicken Nuggets
Treat yourself to crunchy chicken nuggets with Amaizing Day cereal—a recipe that combines the savory goodness of seasoned chicken with the satisfying crunch of Amaizing Day cereal. With a flavourful coating made from Golden Penny Multi-Purpose Flour and spices, these nuggets are easy to make and perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless chicken (breast)
- 1 cup Golden Multi-Purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon grounded black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- 1 cup Amaizing Day Cereal
- 1 bottle Golden Penny Oil
- 3 raw eggs
Instructions
- Wash and cut your boneless chicken into small pieces of your choice.
- Add paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the flour. Mix well.
- Mix the egg into a bowl and set aside.
- Pour the Amazing Day cereal into a bowl and set aside.
- Dip the chicken breast into the flour, mix well, then dip in egg, and finally roll in Amazing Day cereal and set aside in a different bowl.
- Heat the pan, pour in Golden Penny oil, and let it heat for 1–2 minutes.
- Dip the mixed chickens into the pan and allow them to fry. Once they’re golden, take them out and put them into a sieve to cool.
- Repeat the process until you've fried all the chicken.
