Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients
2 packs | Golden Penny Noodles |
2 pounds | Boneless Chicken Breasts |
1 | Chopped Onion |
2 tablespoons | Golden Penny Pure Vegetable Oil |
1 cup | Chopped Carrots |
2 stalks | Chopped Celery |
1 teaspoon | Salt |
1 teaspoon | Garlic Powder |
6 cups | Chicken Broth |
Directions
- Combine chicken, onion, carrots, celery, salt, garlic powder, pepper and vegetable oil in a pot.
- Pour chicken broth into the pot; stir well and allow to cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Add Noodles, and simmer until tender.
- Enjoy Alone or with crackers or bread.
