Stir Fry Golden Penny Jollof Noodles

Ingredients
2 packs | Golden Penny Jollof Noodles |
2 tablespoons | Golden Penny Soya Oil |
1 teaspoon | Chilli Powder |
2 | Raw Eggs |
1 teaspoon | Soy Sauce |
1 teaspoon | Oyster Sauce |
2 tablespoons | Green Peas |
1⁄4 | Purple Cabbage |
2 tablespoons | Sweet Corn |
2 | Spring Onion |
Directions
- Boil 2 packs of Golden Penny jollof noodles. Set aside
- Beat up the eggs.
- Heat 2 tsp. Golden Penny Soya Oil. Fry the eggs until it scrambles. Set aside
- Heat 2 tsp. Golden Penny soya oil; stir-fry the sweet corn and green peas on high heat.
- Add cooked noodles. Continue stir-frying the ingredients.
- Add 1 tsp. soy sauce, 1 tsp. oyster sauce and 1⁄4 purple cabbage.
- Add Golden penny Noodles seasoning
- Add scrambled eggs and spring onions
- Serve with any protein of your choice.
