Minced Meat Noodles

This minced meat noodles recipe is one of its kind and you’re really
going to ask for more when you taste it.
Ingredients
2 packs | Golden Penny Jollof Noodles |
75 grams | Minced Meat |
1 sachet | Golden Penny Jollof seasoning |
2 teaspoons | Golden Penny Margarine |
2 | Spring Onions |
3 | Red Pepper |
1 bowl | Water |
Directions
- Heat margarine
- Add minced meat and stir fry
- Add a tiny quantity of seasoning powder and Golden penny seasoning
- Add scotch bonnet
- Add some water afterwards and allow it for a few minutes
- Add noodles and cook under it turns soft
- Garnish with spring onions and serve.
