Spaghetti Carbonara

1 Pack Golden Penny Spaghetti
4 tablespoons  Soya oil
2 tablespoon Melted butter
3 cloves Garlic, minced
To taste Salt
Little Ground black pepper
To taste Red Chilli flakes
Parsley leaves, finely chopped for garnishing


  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instruction until tender. Drain and set aside
  2. Heat up a skillet or pan, add soya oil and butter
  3. Sauté the garlic until aromatic, add the spaghetti
  4. Season with salt, pepper, and chilli flakes
  5. Stir to combine well
  6. Dish out, garnish with some parsley
  7. Serve immediately (best served with a side dish)
