Ingredients
1 Pack | Golden Penny Spaghetti |
4 tablespoons | Soya oil |
2 tablespoon | Melted butter |
3 cloves | Garlic, minced |
To taste | Salt |
Little | Ground black pepper |
To taste | Red Chilli flakes |
Parsley leaves, finely chopped for garnishing |
Directions
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instruction until tender. Drain and set aside
- Heat up a skillet or pan, add soya oil and butter
- Sauté the garlic until aromatic, add the spaghetti
- Season with salt, pepper, and chilli flakes
- Stir to combine well
- Dish out, garnish with some parsley
- Serve immediately (best served with a side dish)
