BAKED DELICIOUS MILK CAKE

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Golden Penny Prime Flour
  • 1 cup of Golden Penny Granulated Sugar to taste
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 Eggs
  • 6 tbls Golden Penny Soya oil
  • I tin evaporated milk

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl beat eggs, sugar, baking soda and Golden Penny Soya Oil till creamy
  • Pour Golden Penny Prime Flour in a bowl, add the cream and whisk it thoroughly till it forms a paste.
  • Bake the batter in a toaster till golden brown.
  • Serve with jam, tea or other healthy drinks.
